Are there tiny people running around inside the TV?

That's sure what it looked like!

On Wednesday I got the opportunity to watch a World Cup match in 3D. It was crazy cool and weird and different and I'm not sure if I love it or not. At work, they set up a 3D TV in the commissary and they had about twelve glasses to pass around. Although I know most people aren't real soccer fans and just wanted to check out the TV, so since I actually really wanted to watch the match, I kept avoiding having to "share" my glasses. Luckily, most people just kept leaving, and there wasn't an issue!

I brought my parents and Eric over too!
Check out those nice 3D glasses, at $150 a pop. AND each TV only comes with ONE pair....

I must say though, the close ups look amazing, and the audience and everything not moving around the players looked amazing too.

The players looked a little short, and sometimes it felt like they were really going to walk off the TV! Overall it was a fun experience, but not sure if I want it in my living room yet, or if I would want to watch TV with glasses. I kept having to take them off and rest for a couple of seconds, and the light around us wasn't helpful. You really need a nice dark room for this.

Also, I'm kind of glad Spain won, BUT I really wanted to have some South American team in the finale! AND lame lame lame Ghana lost. Ghana should had gone to the semi-finals Anyways, I'm still too mad about them and all of the South American teams losing....

But I'm happy that both teams have never won the world cup, so it will be a first time winner! That's always fun.

World Cup rules. Yo Baseball and Football, you could learn a little bit from futbol (soccer) about what a real WORLD CHAMPION is. That's when the whole world has a chance to win. Yep, even Ghana.

Damn you Ghana and your missed penalty! I was so rooting for you! Still so amazing. One last thing to note, Ghana was the only "2nd" team (from the groups) to pass to quarter finals! Good job!

That's so weird! Its crazy how it is becoming to be something on such a small scale, people probably even have them at home at this point. Your parents look so cute! mandales saludos!
